
Aces-Grizzlies Opener Postponed

FRESNO, Calif. - As rain showers blanketed the area for much of the day, the Reno Aces-Fresno Grizzlies series opener Tuesday night at Chukchansi Park has been postponed. The game will be made-up as part of a doubleheader on Thursday.
The Aces and Grizzlies were set to kick-off a four-game set tonight at Chukchansi Park. The series will now begin on Wednesday, with the regularly scheduled 12:05 p.m. first pitch.
Tonight's postponement is scheduled to be made up on Thursday as part of a doubleheader. The Aces and Grizzlies will play two seven-inning games, with first pitch of game one slated for 6:05 p.m.
Tonight's starters will now be pushed to Wednesday afternoon, with Aces RHP Bryan Augenstein (0-1, 7.59 ERA) scheduled to face Grizzlies RHP Eric Hacker (2-0, 0.79 ERA). The action can be heard live on Fox Sports Radio 1450 AM or online by visiting www.RenoAces.com.
