
LHP Dennis Accomando added to D-Braves roster

The Braves have signed LHP Dennis Accomando and assigned him to the Danville Braves. Accomando, out of the University of Connecticut, was 1-1 with a 3.46 ERA in 20 relief appearances for the Huskies as a senior this season. The Monroe, CT native allowed 10 hits and six walks with 12 strikouts in 13 innings. Accomando will wear number 6 for the Braves. There are now 32 players on the D-Braves active roster, including 15 pitchers.
