
66ers Announce Triple-Header Set For January 29

Tulsa, Okla., January 25, 2010 - The Tulsa 66ers announced today a triple-header matchup scheduled for Friday, Jan. 29, that will have Memorial face McLain High School in girls and boys varsity regular season matchups prior to the 66ers versus Iowa Energy game at the Tulsa Convention Center.
"This is a great event and venue for the student-athletes, and we are excited to be involved with this," Tulsa Public Schools Director of Athletics Stephanie Spring said. "Opportunities like this don't happen all the time and we are thrilled that the Memorial and McLain boys and girls teams can be a part of the 66ers experience."
The girls high school game will tip off at 4 p.m. and the boys game will tip off at 5:30 p.m., which will shift the original tip off time for the 66ers contest from 7 p.m. to following the high school action.
"We are thrilled to host the Chargers and Titans games at the Tulsa Convention Center," 66ers President Jim Brylewski said. "We hope that both teams are excited to play where the professionals play, and we're happy to provide a great value to our fans, with the chance to see an entire evening of great hoops for the price of one ticket."
