Tulsa, Okla., November 10, 2008 - The Tulsa 66ers announced today the acquisition of guard Antoine Jordan from the Idaho Stampede, in exchange for center Keith Closs.

"Antoine is a phenomenal person, on top of being an excellent player," 66ers Manager of Minor League Operations Brandon Barnett said. "We feel he improves the overall talent level of our training camp roster as we look to identify the ten players that will make our team."

Jordan, the fourth round pick of the Stampede in the 2008 NBA D-League Draft, played last season in the Netherlands, averaging 13.5 points, 5.8 rebounds, 3.7 assists and 2.5 steals in 37 games.

Jordan averaged 13.4 points, 4.8 rebounds, and 2.2 assists per contest with the Albany Patroons of the USBL during the 2007 season.

The 6-foot-5 guard averaged 17.1 points, 8.1 rebounds, 3.0 assists and 1.5 steals per game during his senior season at Siena College. Jordan finished his collegiate career with 1,232 points, 736 rebounds and 291 assists, ranking sixth all-time with the Saints in career rebounds, and 11th all-time in career assists.
