The count down has begun and the first pitch at the new John Winkin Baseball Complex will be thrown on June 3rd at 6:30 PM. The Lumberjacks are excited about their new home on the campus of Husson College and want to share this opening night excitement with all of their fans!

New Lumberjacks Additions For 2004

The Lumberjacks have been very busy in the past month, with the addition of many new faces. The Lumberjacks have signed RHP Greg Dukeman, RHP Laine McKeller, RFP Lance Odom, RHP J.C. Huguet, 1B/OF Hector Nunez, C Casey Klarey and the Lumberjacks re-signed 1B Mark Burke. The Lumberjacks will be fine-tuning the roster before May 13th which is the first of spring training.

Stadium Update

The crew has been working around the clock to make sure the stadium will be completed before May 1st. The stadium lights were put up yesterday and roughly 70% of the stadium is complete. The construction crew anticipates roughly 2 more weeks until it is totally complete.

Tickets are going fast for the season opener on June 3rd, purchase your tickets today either at www.bangorlumberjacks.com , or by calling at 947-1900, or you can stop by our pro shop located at the Bangor Mall. Coming up in May we will be having a special meet and great with our 2004 Lumberjacks players, which will be held at Margaritas in Orono. This is open to all fans. We will have more details as the date gets closer, but check our website often for the specific details, this is a night you won't want to miss!
