
50/50 Raffle Added to Fan Appreciation Night

BUFFALO, NY (April 18, 2012) --- The Buffalo Bandits today announced the addition of a 50/50 raffle with a guaranteed prize of $10,000 to the "Fan Appreciation Night" festivities for the team's regular season home finale at First Niagara Center against the Rochester Knighthawks on Saturday, April 21 at 7:30 p.m.
Fans may purchase their 50/50 tickets for $1 each from volunteers dressed in yellow Sabres Alumni aprons. Tickets will be sold through the end of halftime and the winning ticket number will be announced during the fourth quarter. Proceeds from the raffle will support the Sabres Foundation.
Today is the final day for fans to vote for the 2012 Bandits "Fan of the Year." The winner will receive a trophy during a pregame ceremony, a commemorative jersey, and a pair of Bandits season tickets for the 2013 season.
Voting closes at 5 p.m. today and the winner will be announced tomorrow. For more information and to cast your vote, please click here.

Saturday night's game will be televised live across the U.S. and Canada on CBS Sports Network, which can be found on Time Warner Cable in Buffalo on Channel 130 and Channel 776 (HD) and on Cogeco Cable in Southern Ontario on Channel 160 and Channel 744 (HD).
CBS Sports Network aired Buffalo's 17-7 victory over the Philadelphia Wings on April 7 at First Niagara Center. The game marked the first professional team sporting event to be televised by the network.
During the playoffs, CBS Sports Network will broadcast four more games: one Divisional Semifinal Game, both Divisional Finals and the Championship Game.
