Owen Sound Attack News Release
Owen Sound, ON. - Though the season did not end the way the Owen Sound Attack wanted, the focus shifts to the annual Awards Banquet and BBQ.
Set for Sunday, June 4th, the day kicks off with a team baseball tournament, as players divid into four teams, and test their abilities on the ball diamond. This year the ball tournament will be held at Duncan McLellen Park, with opening pitch coming down shortly after 10:30AM. As usual fans are welcome to attend and cheer on the team during the ball tournament, as the players compete for bragging rights over their teammates.
The venue then shifts back to the Bayshore, where fans will get severed a BBQ lunch and are provided a chance to mingle with Attack players and prospects. Doors for the lunch open at 1:00PM, with the awards ceremony set to begin shortly after 2:00PM.
Fans interested in attending the Banquet, tickets can be purchased at the door or in advance at the MacVicor and McComb Sutton Realty Attack Box Office.
