Acquired: Vorhees rejoined the Mad Ants via local player tryout.
Overview: Vorhees returned to the Mad Ants after playing with the team in 2021-2022 and against bridle at the beginning of the 2022-23 season. This season, Vorhees appeared in 30 games, averaging 4.7 points and 2.7 rebounds per contest.
On January 14 at Maine, Vorhees shot a perfect 8-of-8 from the field becoming the fifth player in Mad Ants history to shoot 100 percent from the field on a minimum of eight shots.
Vorhees posted season highs with six rebounds on four occasions and four assists on January 14 at Maine.
At the end of the season, Vorhees finished with a field goal percentage of .548, hitting 54-of-104 shots during the season. That is the ninth best single season field goal percentage in Mad Ants history for a player taking at least 100 attempts.
