2016 Snappers Job Fair Thursday, February 25th

BELOIT, WI -The Snappers are searching for outgoing, hard-working, friendly staff to assist fans and be a part of their 2016 game day staff. The Beloit Snappers will be hosting a job fair on Thursday, February 25th from 5:00-7:00 pm at Pohlman Field to fill positions for game day staff. Interested individuals can fill out an application and be interviewed in the main office. Listed below are the positions that the Snappers are looking to fill:

Concessions Cashier

Gift Shop

Program Stand

Event Staff

Clean-Up Crew

Game Ally

Vendor

Official Scorers

Game Day Grounds Crew

Applicants must be at least 16 years of age. All those who apply for concessions cashier, program stand or

vendor must be at least 18. All applicants under 18 must obtain a work permit from their school district in

order to be eligible for hire. Certain positions require specific skills and previous experience, though most

open positions do not require any previous experience. Positions include being the team's beer/program/food vendors, event staff, pizza stand attendants and concession stand employees.

Any applicants that are unable to attend the Job Fair are welcome to stop by the Snappers offices to pick up an application (Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm) or send an email to thinds@snappersbaseball.com to request a job application.

Pohlman Field is located at 2301 Skyline Drive, Beloit, Wisconsin 53511.

The Beloit Snappers are a member of the Midwest League and are a fourth year Class-A affiliate of the Oakland Athletics. The 2016 season marks the 35th season for Beloit Professional Baseball. Opening Day at Pohlman Field is set for April 7, 2016 at 6:30 pm when the Snappers face the Wisconsin Timber Rattlers.
