2015 USL PRO Regular Season Schedule Released

SACRAMENTO, Calif. (February 2, 2015) - USL PRO released today the 2015 regular season schedule which includes a Republic FC opening night on Saturday, March 28 versus LA Galaxy II at Bonney Field.

The 28-match schedule kicks off for Republic FC on March 21 vs. Seattle Sounders FC 2 in Tukwila, WA. April will be the busiest month for Republic FC with six matches; three home and three on the road. March and July each contain the fewest matches with a total of two matches on the regular season schedule. The July 11 match vs. LA Galaxy II will be held during the California State Fair. Due to the USL PRO's expansion, integration of MLS owned clubs and conference alignment, Republic FC will play seven new opponents with their furthest match taking place in Tulsa, OK.

The 2014 USL PRO Champions will play all 14 of their regular season home matches at Bonney Field on the grounds of Cal Expo. The facility is currently under expansion for a new estimated attendance of approximately 11,000. Expansion efforts are scheduled for completion by opening night on March 28. Republic FC sold out all their USL PRO home matches at Bonney Field, including playoffs, with an attendance of 8,000 per match. Republic FC currently has over 8,300 season tickets, not including deposits for individuals interested in MLS-season tickets only.

Bonney Field will host 12 Saturday evening matches, one match on a Wednesday evening match and one Friday evening match. Kickoff for regular season home matches will be 7:30 p.m. PST with the exception of matches held in June, July and August. Due to higher than normal temperatures last season, home matches in June, July and August will kickoff at 8:00 p.m. PST to better accommodate fans.
