North Carolina FC News Release
CARY, N.C. - With only two regular-season dates remaining at WakeMed Soccer Park, time is running out to see the NASL-leading Carolina RailHawks in 2011.
But now's the time to reserve your seat for 2012.
The Carolina RailHawks have rolled out their season ticket packages for next year. Full season plans start at just $119, and there will also be 6-voucher and 12-voucher flex packages, starting at only $50.
"I want to thank our fans for their tremendous support this season," said RailHawks President Curt Johnson. "We sincerely appreciate the fact that you have spent your hard-earned money with us in 2011 and want to ask those who come regularly to games now or have interest in doing so in the future to purchase a 2012 Ticket Plan. It has been an incredible season to date. Excitement is growing in the stadium. We are focused on continuing to grow our fan base and increasing season ticket sales is the most important ingredient in long-term attendance growth. The various plans are affordable and packed with extra perks and player-access opportunities. I encourage fans with interest to reach out to any of our staff members for more information."
Fans who purchase 2012 season tickets by Sept. 24 will lock in 2011 pricing, save your seat from the 2011 campaign, be invited to a Season Ticket Holder event on Sept. 3 and be allowed to attend an open house seat selection event, at a date to be determined. New Season Ticket Holders who renew their seats by Sept. 24 with a 50 percent down payment will also receive 2011 playoff tickets.
The RailHawks are offering two additional Season Ticket Holder section's including the new VIP Section and lively 309 Depot. VIP Ticket Holder benefits will include the best seating sections in the stadium, close to the team benches and tunnel, exclusive credential opportunities throughout the season, special concessions opportunities and more. 309 Depot Ticket Holder benefits will include discounted premium sideline seating right next to the Hawk Eye Pub beer garden, exclusive 309 Depot commemorative t-shirt and much more.
Avoid the box office lines and service fees next season. Season tickets offer more than just discounts and quick entrance to RailHawks matches at WakeMed Soccer Park. Benefits can include a 2011 RailHawks commemorative T-shirt, an invitation to the RailHawks Holiday Party, Invitation to the RailHawks "Meet the Team" party and much more.
2011 has been a special season for the RailHawks and its fans. The RailHawks have been at the top of the NASL table since mid-April and hold a seven-point lead with six games to play. They've featured the NASL's most prolific offense, with 43 goals scored, and the most stingy defense, with 19 goals against, and they've set a slew of club records along the way.
They close out the 2011 regular season with home matches on Sept. 3 and Sept. 24, with playoff matches to follow in October.
