2012 California League All Stars Announced

Oxnard, CA - The California League is proud to announce the 2012 All-Stars. The roster is made up of 23 active players with at least one representative being selected from each Cal League team. The team will play against the Carolina League All-Stars on June 19th in Winston-Salem, NC. 3 teams, the Bakersfield Blaze (1st place in North Division), the Lake Elsinore Storm (tied for first in South Division), and the High Desert Mavericks lead the way with 5 all-stars a piece.
Managing the All-Stars this year is the coaching staff from the 2011 Cal League Champions, Lake Elsinore Storm. David Newhan will manage the team with Bronswell Patrick working as the pitching coach.
