Rancho Cucamonga Quakes News Release
The Rancho Cucamonga Quakes announce the promotional schedule for the upcoming season, which were designed to supply fans and opponents with more fun and excitement in 2004.
The first of eight Firework Spectaculars are kicked off during the Quakes home opener against the Lancaster Jethawks on Friday, April 16th. Other fireworks nights are May 15th, June 12th, July 3rd (Independence Day Fireworks Show), July 17th, August 6th, August 14th, and August 28th.
The entertainment is endless in 2004 with Tremor's Birthday on April 18th, Reggy on April 20th and August 13th, the Skyy Dogs on May 1st, Zooperstars on July 16th, and Birdzerk on August 27th.
Bobbleheads are also back this season! Monday, April 26th is an ESPN Bobblehead (first 1,000 fans); Friday, May 14th is a Derek Lee Bobblehead (first 1,000 fans); and Sunday, July 18th is an Aftershock Bobblehead (first 1,000 fans).
Some of the planned promotional nights include Scout Night on May 1st, The Night of the Teacher on May 12th, Little League Day on May 16th, Beach Weekend (June 11th -13th), Faith Night on August 8th, and Friday the 13th Night on August 13th.
The 2004 season will include two 10:30 a.m. Grand Slam School Day Games on Monday, April 19th and Thursday, May 13th. There will also be a 1:15 p.m. Day Game on Wednesday, July 7th.
Regular game times are 7:15 p.m. Monday through Saturday, 2:15 p.m. Sundays from April 18th - June 13th and 5:15 p.m. July 18th - August 29th.
