1B Derek Wiley promoted to Class-A Rome

The Danville Braves announced today that 1B Derek Wiley has been promoted to Class-A Rome. The 2009 31st-round pick hit .231 (15-65) with three doubles, two home runs and five RBI in 25 games with Danville. It will be Wiley's first career stint with Rome.
