
WESTCHESTER KNICKS TO OPEN 2017-18 SEASON AT WESTCHESTER COUNTY CENTER THIS FRIDAY

WHITE PLAINS, NY - The Westchester Knicks, the official NBA G League affiliate of the New York Knickerbockers, will tip-off its fourth season at the historic Westchester County Center in White Plains, NY on Friday, Nov. 10 at 7:00 p.m., facing the Grand Rapids Drive, the Detroit Pistons' affiliate. The team comes in to Friday's home opener undefeated after going 3-0 on the road to start the 2017-18 season.
New York Knicks Legend and NBA Hall of Famer Bernard King will be on-site to promote his new book Game Face: A Lifetime of Hard-Earned Lessons On and Off the Basketball Court. Fans can pre-purchase the book, including a ticket to the home opener and access to a pregame book signing with King, by visiting on.knicks.com/BernardKing and using code BERNARD.
The game will also include an exciting slate of in-game performances beginning with a special presentation of the
National Anthem by recording artist Eric Redd The Air Elite Dunkers, the official Dunk Team for the New York Knickerbockers, will return for another thrilling halftime show while the Westchester Knicks Dancers will debut a brand- new routine.
MSG Networks will broadcast 28 of the team's 50 regular-season games, with all Westchester Knicks games available on MSG GO, MSG Networks' live streaming and video on demand platform for smartphones, tablets and computers.
All home and away games this season will be also once again be streamed in real-time on Facebook Live.
Tickets for the 2017-18 season are on sale now at Ticketmaster outlets and the Westchester County Center Box Office. Full season membership, half season pick plans, five-game pick plans, and group tickets are also on sale now.
Beginning this season, the Westchester Knicks are going paperless. Traditional and online tickets will no longer be printed as the team is excited to introduce free, all-digital, and convenient access to season, group, and single game tickets. The shift to digital ticketing will give fans more control of their tickets with the benefit of viewing all tickets from one place with the ability to easily send and transfer tickets.
