
Westchester Knicks to Host Long Island Nets in Preseason Game At Westchester County Center

White Plains, NY-The Westchester Knicks, the official NBA Development League affiliate of the New York Knickerbockers, announced today that fans can catch the 2016-17 team in action for the first time on Wednesday, Nov. 9 at 7:00 p.m. as they take on the Long Island Nets, the Brooklyn Nets' new affiliate, in a preseason match-up.
All balcony tickets for the preseason game will be available for $10 by using the code PRE16 on Ticketmaster. Fans interested in purchasing full and partial season tickets for the 2016-17 season will have the opportunity to test out and select seats during the game. The first 500 fans in attendance will also receive a 2016-17 Schedule Magnet, presented by Red Oak Transportation.
The match-up is the first game in a home-and-home series. The Westchester Knicks will travel to Long Island for a preseason game at Nassau Veterans Memorial Coliseum prior to the 2017-18 regular season.
The Westchester Knicks will tip-off its third season at the historic Westchester County Center in White Plains, NY on Saturday, Nov. 19 at 5:00 p.m., facing the Greensboro Swarm, the Charlotte Hornets' new affiliate. The team will open the regular season on the road on Saturday, Nov. 12 at 7:00 p.m. against the Delaware 87ers, the Philadelphia 76ers' affiliate.
