HOFFMAN ESTATES, IL - The Windy City Bulls, presented by BMO Harris Bank, the NBA Development League affiliate of the Chicago Bulls, have announced that guard Tim Quarterman has been assigned to the team by the Portland Trail Blazers pursuant to the flexible assignment rule.
Quarterman (6'6/187/LSU) has appeared in 12 games for the Trail Blazers this season averaging 1.3 points per game.
He is expected to be in uniform for Windy City when the team travels to Maine on Saturday for a 6 PM CST contest against the Red Claws.
