The Canton Charge (13-9), powered by the NBA Champion Cleveland Cavaliers, defeated the Reno Bighorns (9-14), 129-105, in Nevada on Friday night. The win was Canton's 11th in their last 14 games and improves them to a perfect 3-0 all-time at the Reno Events Center against the Bighorns.

The Charge set a new franchise record for team assists in a game, dishing out 35 on 49 made field goals and surpassing the previous record of 32 set on 12/30/14. Quinn Cook notched his second double-double of the year by scoring 17 points and serving 10 assists in 33 minutes. John Holland scored 19 points and nabbed three steals in 35 minutes. Rookie Roosevelt Jones continued his strong play with 18 points, eight rebounds and three steals in 31 minutes.

All five Charge starters scored in double figures, but it was Mike Dunigan off the bench who led the team in scoring with 20 points on 8-of-10 shooting and two blocks in just 16 minutes. Chris Evans added 17 points, six assists and two steals in 33 minutes, while Eric Moreland rounded out the double-digit scorers with 14 points, eight boards, five assists and two steals in 35 minutes. Every Canton player in uniform scored at least five points in tonight's third-largest margin of victory this season.

Reno was paced by Lamar Patterson's game-high 36 points on 9-of-16 shooting and six rebounds in 41 minutes. Isiah Cousins added 21 points and seven assists in 37 minutes. The Bighorns turned the ball over 26 times resulting in 31 points, while Canton had 16 resulting in 17 points.
