PORTLAND, Maine - October 31, 2016 - Maine Red Claws forward Ryan Kelly has received a GATORADE Call-Up, signing a contract with the Atlanta Hawks.
Kelly, a 6-10 NBA veteran, had recently signed with the Boston Celtics. He was then waived and assigned to Maine as an affiliate player. Kelly was expected to join the Red Claws at training camp this week.
The Red Claws begin their 8th season on Nov. 11 at Oklahoma City. Maine's home opener is set for Nov. 18 vs. Long Island at the Portland Expo. Tickets are on sale now by calling 207-210-6655 or visiting MaineRedClaws.com.
