
Orlando City's Alex Wolf Promoted to Vice President of Gameday Operations

ORLANDO, FL (July 13, 2015) - Orlando City Soccer Club has promoted Alex Wolf to Vice President of Gameday Operations effective July 1. He will report to Orlando City CEO Alex Leitão.
Wolf, 35, who most recently held the senior director of operations position, began his tenure with the Club during its founding years with Austin Aztex FC in 2008. He relocated to Orlando to launch the Lions' USL campaign and has contributed to the Club's success through its inaugural Major League Soccer (MLS) season.
"Alex is fundamental to the organization both personally and professionally," said Leitão. "He has demonstrated tremendous wisdom, ability and overall understanding of our Club and supporters, and we are confident he will continue raising the bar in years to come."
In his new role, Wolf will develop and manage gameday logistics for the First Team, as well as oversee successful implementation of operations for USL, U23s and Pro Academy events. In addition, he will continue to oversee traffic control, venue support, security and parking logistics.
Wolf earned his undergraduate degree and Master of Science in sports management from Middle Tennessee State University.
