SEATTLE (January 26, 2015) - Seattle Reign FC announced today that the club has waived defender Holly Hein.
Hein, 23, was signed by Reign FC in July 2014 after being waived by the Houston Dash. Hein did not make an appearance for Reign FC during the 2014 campaign.
The University of Michigan graduate joined the Dash prior to the start of the 2014 season as a trialist, later signing with the club as a discovery player. During her time with the Dash, Hein appeared in eight matches for a total of 657 minutes.
