
Stamps Set for 2014 Draft

The Calgary Stampeders are slated to make their first selection at seventh overall as the Canadian Football League holds its draft on Tuesday, May 13.
Members of the media are invited to watch the draft at the McMahon Stadium Football Office. Starting at 5 p.m, TSN will be showing the draft on its various platforms, beginning with the main network.
Stampeders head coach and general manager John Hufnagel will be available to the media following the club's first and final selections.
Calgary goes into the draft with eight selections including the seventh and 14th overall picks as well as three choices - 19th, 24th and 25th overall - in the third round. The Stamps also have one fourth-round pick (33rd overall), one fifth-round pick (40th) and one seventh-round pick (61st).

When: Tuesday, May 13 (Doors open at 4:45 p.m.; draft starts at 5 p.m.)
Where: Meeting Room 1, Football Office at McMahon Stadium
The Stampeders' current roster features 27 players who were chosen in the CFL draft including 20 Calgary selections.
