GRAND CHUTE, WI - Hiram Burgos returns to Time Warner Cable Field at Fox Cities Stadium to make a start against the Clinton LumberKings on Monday night. Burgos, who pitched for the Rattlers in 2010 on his climb to the major leagues, has been sent to the Fox Cities as part of a rehabilitation assignment from the Milwaukee Brewers. Game time on Monday is 7:05pm.

Burgos, a sixth round pick out of Bethune-Cookman in 2009, made his major league debut with the Brewers on April 20, 2013. He made the start and beat the Chicago Cubs at Miller Park on that date. Burgos is 1-2 with a 6.44 ERA in six starts with the Brewers this season. He went on the 15-day disabled list with a right shoulder impingement on May 24.

The Brewers named Burgos their Minor League Pitcher of the Year for the 2012 season. Burgos went 10-4 with a 1.95 ERA at three levels within the Milwaukee system.

Burgos spent part of the 2010 season with the Timber Rattlers. The right-hander went 5-7 with a 4.48ERA in 19 games - eight starts - as a Rattler. He struck out 62 in 74-1/3 innings with Wisconsin.

Monday night is the final game of the current homestand for the Timber Rattlers. It's a bonus Bang for your Buck Night with soda, beer, and hotdogs available for $1.

The first 1,000 fans to attend the game on Monday will receive a poster of Wisconsin outfielder Tyrone Taylor courtesy of Dunkin Donuts.

It's also a Qdoba Q*Monday with 106.7, The KRUZ. Purchase a lunch entrée from either Qdoba location in Appleton and receive a free ticket to any Timber Rattlers regular season Monday home game through the end of the 2013 season.
