CHICOUTIMI, QC - After talks with the Commissioner of the Quebec Major Junior Hockey League, Gilles Courteau decided to make a change to the compensation which will be given to the Blainville-Boisbriand Armada in the Ryan Tesink case.
The compensation is as follows: The Armada get compensatory choice number 19 in the June 2014 Draft. Moreover, the Saint John Sea Dogs yield to the Blainville-Boisbriand Armada their third-round pick in the June 2014 Draft.
The Commissioner wishes to acknowledge the cooperation and openness of the two teams in the conclusion of this case.
