CURVE, Pa. - The Altoona Curve return home to spend Memorial Day weekend in Curve, Pa. with four games over the weekend with the Richmond Flying Squirrels (AA - San Francisco). Back-to-back fireworks shows, a unique giveaway item and a tribute to our armed forces on this patriotic weekend highlight the short set.

Everything kicks off on Friday night at 6:30 p.m. with a Ballpark Replica Giveaway (depicting Peoples Natural Gas Field) for the first 1,000 fans courtesy of Peoples Natural Gas and WTAJ Your News Leader. Friday is also a T.G.I. Friday's Mug Club Night where the first 250 fans 21 & over to exit the ballpark will receive a T.G.I. Friday's Mug Club Mug. Fans can head down to T.G.I. Friday's following the game to meet Justin Howard and Stefan Welch of the Altoona Curve, who will be signing autographs for one hour.

Galiker's Curve Kids' Club members should also be ready to head back to Curve, Pa. this weekend for the third of their 10 free games, which takes place Friday night. Members of the club are encouraged to come out to the ballpark wearing camo attire for the contest. The club, which still has seven free games left, is completely free for kids 12 and under and can be joined at anytime by visiting AltoonaCurve.com or inquiring while you're at the ballpark.

Postgame fireworks will be held following the 6 p.m. contest on Saturday. Huntingdon County Community Night will also be held on May 25. For information about special ticket packages for groups and businesses from Huntingdon County, contact Luke Johnson at 814-283-3118.

Make time to talk about Child Safety Day will be held on Saturday as part of the National Take 25 campaign. Some of the guests at the ballpark to talk about child safety include Smokey the Bear, the Lakemont Fire Department, Logan Township Police, and Stop the Bully.

A timeless tradition returns on Sunday night at 6 p.m. with the return of Sunday Night Fireworks to Curve, Pa. Fans will be treated to another enchanting fireworks display on what is also Armed Forces Appreciation Night at Peoples Natural Gas Field. Fans are also encouraged to bring in pet food and pet supplies on our Community Collection Day to help benefit the Central PA Humane Society.

The weekend comes to a close with a special Mirror Monday start time on Memorial Day at 12 p.m. Make sure to check the front page of the sports section in Monday's edition of the Altoona Mirror in order to receive $4 off grandstand tickets to Monday's game.

Kids can run the bases following the games on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. A complete listing of all the upcoming promotions for the homestand is listed below.

Friday, May 24 vs. Richmond Flying Squirrels (San Francisco Giants) at 6:30 p.m./gates open: 5:30 p.m.

- Ballpark Replica Giveaway- The first 1,000 fans will take home their very own Peoples Natural Gas Field Replica on Friday thanks to Peoples Natural Gas and WTAJ Your News Leader.

- Kids' Club Night- Tonight is another Galliker's Kids' Club night at the ballpark. We encourage all members of the Kids' Club to wear camo to the game against Richmond. For more information on the free Galliker's Curve Kids' Club click here.

- T.G.I. Friday's Mug Club Night- Thank Goodness It's Friday and T.G.I. Friday's of Altoona will be hopping following the game when a pair of Curve players visit to sign autographs for one hour. The first 250 fans 21 & over will also receive a Mug Club Mug as they exit the ballpark following the game.
