
Marauders Face North Division For First Time Sunday

Bradenton, Fla. - The Bradenton Marauders play the Brevard County Manatees in a four game series at McKechnie Field beginning Sunday, April 28 at 5:00 p.m. The Manatees, the high-A affiliate of the Milwaukee Brewers, are the first Florida State League North Division team to visit McKechnie Field this season.
Gates open at 4:00 p.m. on Sunday for the first of five games in the 2013 Bark in the Park series. A "pooch pass" to bring a dog into the ballpark costs $2, which is donated to the Humane Society of Manatee County. Dogs must be kept on leashes at all times. Designated watering stations will be provided for dogs.
Every Sunday home game at McKechnie Field is a Wendy's Family Fun Sunday. All tickets and regular size Kayem hot dogs cost only $1. Tickets must be purchased at the McKechnie Field ticket office to get the $1 pricing. After all Sunday games, children 13 and younger can run the bases in the Kids Fun Run presented by Mosaic. Dogs attending the game for Bark in the Park can run the bases after the game too.
The Sunday Edition of the Bradenton Herald will feature a coupon to buy two tickets for the price of one for the game on Tuesday, April 30. This two-for-one coupon is available the Sunday before each Tuesday home game.
Monday, April 29 is A/C Warehouse Buyout Night. Tickets to the game are free courtesy of A/C Warehouse, located at 710 60th Ct. St. East in Bradenton. The game starts at 6:30 p.m. and gates open at 5:30 p.m.
Monday is also Silverauders Night presented by Humana. Fans age 60 and older can join the Silverauders club for $30 and receive a free game ticket, free meal voucher, and a postgame Seniors Stroll around the bases at every Monday game. Monday night will also feature Baseball Bingo presented by Jersey Mike's Subs and Precision Litho Service.
Tuesday, April 30 is a First Mates Kids Club night. The game starts at 6:30 p.m. and gates open at 5:30 p.m. Kids 13 and under can join the club for $15 to receive a free game ticket, meal voucher, and a special giveaway or experience at every Tuesday game. A second round of Baseball Bingo presented by Jersey Mike's Subs and Precision Litho Service will take place on Tuesday nights. After Tuesday games there will be a Kids Fun Run presented by Mosaic for all kids 13 and younger to circle the bases.
Wednesday, May 1 is Education Day presented by Fawley Bryant Architects. The series finale against the Manatees will begin at 10:00 a.m. Gates open at 9:00 a.m.
The McKechnie Field ticket office is open on non-game days from 11 a.m.-5 p.m. on Monday-Friday and closed on weekend non-game days. On Monday-Saturday game days, the ticket office opens at 1:00 p.m. and closes at the conclusion of the game. On Sunday game days and special games with 10 a.m. start times, the ticket office opens two hours prior to the game.
