
Tiger-Cats Add Three to D-Line

HAMILTON - The Hamilton Tiger-Cats announced today that the team has added import defensive linemen Monte Lewis, Craig Marshall and Sam Scott.
Lewis returns to Hamilton after spending three weeks on the Ticats practice roster last season. In four seasons at Jacksonville State, he recorded 90 defensive tackles, eight quarterback sacks and four forced fumbles. Lewis attended training camp with the NFL's Washington Redskins in 2012.
Marshall finished his career at the University of South Florida with 73 defensive tackles and nine quarterback sacks. Over the last two seasons, he has spent time with the NFL's New York Giants and UFL's Hartford Colonials.
Scott saw action in two games with the Calgary Stampeders in 2011, recording four defensive tackles and three special teams tackles. In four seasons at West Chester, Scott made 242 tackles and 15 quarterback sacks.
