Stingrays Weekly: Epilepsy Awareness Night, Wounded Warriors on Tap

The South Carolina Stingrays visited the Trenton Titans and Wheeling Nailers this week for a week record of 2-1-0-0.
The Stingrays opened a three-game road trip Friday night at the Sun National Bank Center in Trenton, New Jersey and skated away with a 3-1 victory over the Titans. Forwards Matt Beca, Ryan Hayes and Andrew Sackrison provided the scoring and goaltender Ryan Zapolski made 19 saves. The two teams wrapped up their regular-season series Saturday evening. Netminder Jeff Jakaitis stopped 32 shots and forwards Chris Langkow (one goal, one assist) and Hayes (two assists) each recorded two-point games in a 3-1 win. The Stingrays swept the season series against the Titans with a record of 4-0-0-0.
The road trip concluded Sunday afternoon in WesBanco Arena in Wheeling, West Virginia with the Stingrays falling to the Nailers 5-0.

Taking the Lead
