Published on December 17, 2012 under ECHL (ECHL) News Release
A four game-winning streak has moved the Greenville Road Warriors to within three points of first place in the South Division, and the top spot in the Eastern Conference. Greenville, which has outscored its opponents 17-6 during its winning streak, is 17-10-2 for 36 points.
The Road Warriors opened last week with a 6-0 win at South Carolina on Tuesday. Six different Greenville players tallied in the win and Nathan Lieuwen recorded his first professional shutout with 26 saves.

Greenville worked overtime on Friday, picking up a 5-4 shootout win against South Carolina. It was another balanced offensive effort for the Road Warriors, as four different players scored in regulation. Jason Missiaen recorded the win in his first appearance with Greenville this season, making 29 saves, and turning aside five of seven attempts in the shootout.
The Road Warriors ended their week with a 3-1 win on Sunday over Gwinnett. Greenville got goals from Lee Baldwin, Bretton Cameron and Marc-Olivier Vallerand while Missiaen earned his second straight win, turning aside 38 shots.

Bulls, Thunder bring ECHL to HP Pavilion
The San Francisco Bull and Stockton Thunder take the ECHL to HP Pavilion, the home of the National Hockey League's San Jose Sharks. Tonight's game faces off at 7:30 p.m. PT, and is available for purchase through America ONE Sports, the "Official Broadband and Mobile Broadcaster" of the ECHL.
Tonight's game was originally scheduled for January 16 at the Cow Palace, but was moved to tonight to accommodate the change in venue. A near capacity crowd is expected at HP Pavilion, which seats 17,562 fans for hockey.
It will be the first ECHL game at an NHL venue since Oct. 20, 2002, when the Wheeling Nailers hosted the Peoria Rivermen at Mellon Arena, the former home of the Pittsburgh Penguins.
