RENTON, WASH. - Seattle Sounders FC announced today that midfielder Mario Martinez has been called in by the Honduras National Team for a November 14 friendly against Peru at BBVA Compass Stadium in Houston, Texas.

Martinez, 23, has 21 caps for Honduras, including four recent World Cup Qualifiers, and he also participated in the 2012 London Olympics. Sounders FC hosts the LA Galaxy on November 18 in the second leg of the Western Conference Championship. Kickoff is set for 6 p.m. PT on the Xbox Pitch at CenturyLink Field.
