The Modesto Nuts have advanced to the second round of the 2012 Northern Division playoffs and will now face the Bakersfield Blaze, who finished the 2012 regular season with an overall record of 72-68 and earned a first round bye by virtue of winning the first half. The Nuts will play the Blaze for a best-out-of-five series for the Northern Division title with games one & two in Bakersfield on Saturday & Sunday, while game three will be in Modesto on Monday (9/10) at 7:05PM.
