Sounders FC Giant Scarf Takes Flight for Open Cup Championship
August 8, 2012 - Major League Soccer (MLS) Seattle Sounders FC
RENTON, Wash. - The Giant 30' x 100' Sounders FC scarf will fly along the I-5 corridor in Seattle and along the I-405 corridor between Renton and Kirkland from 3-5:30 p.m. today.Fans are encouraged to join the Twitter conversation with their comments and photos at the hashtag #SE4TTLE.
The Sounders FC will also host several viewing parties throughout the Seattle-area for tonight's U.S. Open Cup final. Sounders FC supporters will be able to watch live coverage of the match. Kickoff is set for 6 pm Pacific Time on GOL TV.
The viewing parties are open to the general public at no charge. Fans are encouraged to check with specific locations ahead of time for any age restrictions. Following is a list of a few of the viewing party locations.
