M-Braves Charity Golf Tournament August 29 at The Refuge

Pearl, MS - The Mississippi Braves annual Charity Golf Tournament will be held at The Refuge on Wednesday, August 29, 2012. Registration for the tournament will begin at 10:30 AM with a shotgun start at 12:00 PM. Four-man teams will join a Mississippi Braves player, coach, staff member, or a local celebrity in the captain's choice formatted tournament.

While every participant will receive a 'goody' bag filled with Braves, corporate and promotional items, prizes for the top three teams in the tournament will be awarded during the post-tournament dinner. The dinner will be held at the Farm Bureau Grill at Trustmark Park following the conclusion of the tournament. Free beverages and snacks will be available for all participants.

There are four sponsorship levels for interested parties. The Home Run Sponsor will receive two teams of four players in the tournament, two hole sponsorships, and dinner and beverages for eight throughout the day for $750.

The Triple Sponsor will get one team of four players in the tournament, one hole sponsorship, and dinner and beverages for four throughout the day for $450.

The Double Sponsor will receive one team of four players, dinner, and beverages for four throughout the day for $350.

The Single Sponsor will be a hole sponsorship for $125.

There will be a longest drive and closest to the pin competition with prizes awarded for each at the post-tournament dinner. Mulligans and red tees will be available for purchase and Braves memorabilia and incredible prizes will be raffled off after the tournament. All proceeds from the tournament, sponsorships, raffle, etc. will go to charity.
