Roberts and Woodfox Headline Legends Multiple Summer League Participants

FRISCO, TEXAS, July 12, 2012 - Six players who have dawned a Legends jersey will suit up in a NBA Summer League jersey over the coming weeks. Headlined by Chris Roberts and Booker Woodfox, the six players will represent the Legends in Las Vegas and Orlando.

Roberts and Woodfox, both of whom have played with the Legends the past two seasons, will play for the Dallas Mavericks. Former Legend and 2012 NBA D-League MVP Justin Dentmon will be alongside former teammates Roberts and Woodfox for the Mavericks.

Sean Williams, who spent time with Dallas and Boston this season will play for the Celtics. The Legends 2010 first round selection, Matt Rogers, will play for the Indiana Pacers. Dominique Johnson will play for the Sacramento Kings.

Legends Director of Player Personnel, Travis Blakeley, will also be representing the Legends this summer. Blakeley will be an assistant coach for the Mavericks under Head Coach Monte Mathis.

The 2012 Orlando Summer League concludes play on July 13th while the Las Vegas Summer League begins play on the 13th and will conclude on July 22nd. Games can be seen on NBA TV as well as with the Summer League Broadband package.
