Barons to Auction off Game-Worn Military Themed Jerseys

Birmingham, AL - The Birmingham Barons have announced that all game worn Military-themed camo jersey tops will be auctioned off on September 2nd. Bidding will open up on Saturday, July 7th, starting at 12:00 PM on MiLB.com. The bidding will close at 7:00 PM CDT on the 2nd. Fans can bid on game-worn jerseys used by Jared Mitchell, Jose Quintana, Simon Castro, Tyler Saladino and many more. The jerseys will not be autographed. The auction will utilize a popcorn format meaning that all suitors will have two minutes to top any bid made after 7:00 PM CDT on September 2nd.The proceeds of the auction will go to the War Fighter Softball Club, a non-profit organization that has worked with numerous private organizations to build a program to support softball communities worldwide.
