----- Today, the SeaWolves wrap up their eight-day road trip as they look for their second straight series win taking on the Trenton Thunder (New York Yankees) in the rubber game of a three-game series at Waterfront Park. Last night, Erie snapped a four-game losing skid to Trenton with a 10-4 win in the middle game of the series. Erie belted out a season-high 14 hits in the win. The 'Wolves are now three-games under .500 entering play today and are tied with four other clubs at five games behind first place Harrisburg...The SeaWolves are 1-2 in day games and today is the club's first day game on the road...Lefty Jared Wesson takes the mound for the 'Wolves making his fourth start and first against the Thunder. Wesson took a loss in his last start against Bowie on April 19. In the game, he allowed four runs on five hits with season-highs in walks (5) and strikeouts (5). Erie lost the game 5-2...Righty Craig Heyer takes the mound for Trenton making his fourth start and first against the SeaWolves. Heyer has not allowed more than two earned runs in each of his first three starts. He took a no-decision in his last start against Harrisburg on April 20. In the game, Heyer allowed three runs, two earned, on seven hits with a walk and two strikeouts in six innings. He has worked six innings in each of his last two starts...The SeaWolves will return home on Friday to begin a seven-game homestand. Erie hosts Binghamton for three and Altoona for four.
