Lugnuts Tickets Go on Sale Tomorrow

LANSING, MI. - Spring arrives tomorrow, and so does the opportunity to purchase Lugnuts' single-game tickets!
Tickets to the Lugnuts' 70 Midwest League games as well as the Crosstown Showdown presented by Auto-Owners Insurance will be available for purchase starting at 10 a.m. Tuesday morning both at the Cooley Law School Stadium box office and online at www.lansinglugnuts.com.
"The weather's warming up, Spring is here, and we're ready for the 17th season of Lugnuts baseball," said Lugnuts General Manager Patrick Day. "Tomorrow, fans will have their first opportunity to get tickets to any game of their choice."
The schedule opens with a special "Thirsty Thursday" edition of the sixth annual Crosstown Showdown exhibition against Michigan State University, set for 7:05 p.m. on Thursday, April 5th, with $2 pricing for beer and 16 oz. fountain drinks.
The next night, April 6th, join the Lugnuts on Opening Day as they welcome in the Great Lakes Loons at 7:05 p.m., officially starting a Midwest League season packed with fun and entertainment.
Mark your calendars: The hugely popular Eat-A-Palooza! makes two appearances, on April 28th and August 7th, providing the value of $17 for a ticket and all-you-can-eat food inside the ballpark.
Other special events include the Auto-Owners Insurance "Manager Bobblehead Series," with giveaways slated for May 9th, July 6th and August 17th; Yooper Day on April 7th; Avengers Night on May 11th; Bark in the Park on June 10th and July 15th; Salute to Armed Forces Night on July 27th; Country Night on July 28th; and Classic Car Night on August 4th.
21 LAFCU Fireworks Spectaculars light up the schedule starting May 5th, thrilling fans at the conclusion of every Friday and Saturday night game. The Lugnuts will also be hosting three consecutive LAFCU Fireworks nights beginning with an Independence Day celebration on Wednesday, July 4th.
Sundays are 2:05 p.m. Kids Days at Cooley Law School Stadium: Families are invited to play catch on the field before the game and Kids Run the Bases after the game!
Tuesday games on April 17th, May 29th and August 28th are Dollar Deal Days, with $1 hot dogs, 16 oz. drinks and ice cream sandwiches.
Wednesday games are Ladies Nights, with featured food and drink specials, free salon services, the opportunity to win a date with a Lugnuts player and other great prizes.
Thursday games are Labatt Blue Light Thirsty Thursdays, with $2 beer/pop specials and a postgame Live Concert Series featuring DJ Patio Parties (May 17th, May 24th and June 7th) and performances by The Smoking Jackets (May 10th), Global Village (July 26th), Echoes of Pink Floyd (August 9th) and Starfarm (August 16th).
Friday games are Facebook Fridays; interact with the Lugnuts and other fans on Facebook throughout the game for the chance to win great prizes.
Single-game ticket prices at Cooley Law School Stadium start at just $8 apiece. Tickets for The Clubhouse, the premium suite level seating area, will be released to the public a week before each scheduled game.
