
Memorial Jersey Night Raises Thounsands for Education Fund

Swift Current Broncos News Release
Swift Current, SK - The Swift Current Broncos Hockey Club raised $8,153.67 on Voth's Countrywide Memorial Jersey Night through the game worn memorial jersey auction with all proceeds going directly to the Broncos Education Fund.
Captain Taylor Vause's jersey went for the highest price at $1,300 through a live auction after the game with Coda Gordon's being the second highest at $1,000.
The Broncos Education Fund has been put in place to help fund the player's post-secondary education.
The jerseys were designed by Bronco captain Taylor Vause who created them in honour of the four Broncos who lost their lives in the tragic 1986 bus crash.
