Laught's of promise

While the Generals have struggled this year and are clinging to the final playoff berth right now, they do have a couple of top prospects for the upcoming NHL Draft to keep an eye on Friday night. Scott Laughton will be returning to the line up Friday after representing Team Cherry at the top prospects game in Kelowna. Laughton is currently ranked 40th among North American skaters for the upcoming NHL draft. Ottawa boy Daniel Altshuller is one of the top ranked goalies heading into this year's NHL draft as well.

When goalies cry

Shane Prince has been making goalies cry all season but has turned it up a notch since getting sent home from Team USA's world junior camp. Prince has 27 points in 14 games since returning to the 67's in late December. Prince has only been kept off the score sheet once in those 14 games and has been plus 18, showing he can be counted on defensively as well.
