Rain Postpones Final Road Game of Season

Montpelier, VT - Tonight's New England Collegiate Baseball League contest between the Vermont Mountaineers and the Keene Swamp Bats has been cancelled due to weather. Rain in the forecast for Southern New Hampshire forced the cancellation of what would have been the final road game of the year for the Mountaineers and the last regular season meeting with the Swamp Bats. There is no official date set to make-up the contest.

The Mountaineers (23-15) are back in action to begin a three game homestand finishing out their home schedule tomorrow at Montpelier Recreation Field against the Danbury Westerners at 6:30 p.m. You can hear all the action live on ESPN 1240, WSKI and online at www.thevermontmountaineers.com.
