
Energy's Monday Playoff Game to Feature $1 Beer & Burger King Promotion

DES MOINES, IA, April 14, 2011 - The Iowa Energy announced today that Monday's NBA D-League semifinal game against the Tulsa 66ers will feature $1 beer as well as a Burger King promotion.
"We appreciate Chris Connolly and the staff at the arena working with us to provide this offer to our fans. Anyone who was at the first round games witnessed incredible games. We expect a great crowd Monday night and hope that everyone is ready to come on down and cheer loud for the home team," Energy General Manager Chris Makris said.
In addition to the $1 beer offer, Burger King will give away free fries to all fans if the Energy score 100 points or more.
Iowa travels to Tulsa for game 1 of the semifinals Friday at 7pm.

Game 3, if necessary, would be played Tuesday night in Des Moines at 7pm.
