
LumberKings, Bees Suspended By Rain In The 4th Inning

Clinton, IA - Rain forced the suspension of tonight's home opener between the Clinton LumberKings and the Burlington Bees at Alliant Energy Field. The game was halted with a 4-4 score in the fourth inning and was suspended officially following a 45-minute rain delay.
The game will be resumed tomorrow night at 6:00 PM and will last a full nine innings. A seven-inning game will follow after a half-hour break.
Fans that have a dated ticket from tonight can use that ticket for admittance into tomorrow night's games. The 2011 Poster Schedule giveaway will continue as planned while supplies last.
