STOCKTON, Calif. - Batter up! The Stockton Ports are taking on their Triple-A affiliate, the Sacramento River Cats in a two-game exhibition series April 5th and 6th. The series begins in Sacramento as the Ports face off against the River Cats at Raley Field on April 5th.The game gets under way in Sacramento at 6:30 p.m. River Cats fans will be able to get a preview of the season to come as well as get a sneak peek at future Cats players.
The two teams will then take the quick drive down I-5 to Banner Island Ballpark for a rematch on April 6th on the Ports home turf. Ports fans will get to a first look at the 2011 squad as well as see several former Ports players, when the two teams take to the diamond at 6:35 p.m.
Ports fans that purchase full or half-season tickets receive free admission into the Wednesday game, the year-long benefit of a 15% discount at the Ports Team Store, and a flexible ticket exchange policy.
Mini-ticket package holders and groups of 25 and larger can purchase exhibition game tickets for just $2. Individual tickets for the April 6th game can be purchased for $5 at the Ports Ticket office.
Individual and season tickets for the 2011 season are on sale now. Individual tickets are available at the Ports Ticket Office, online at www.stocktonports.com and by phone at (209) 644-1900 beginning Saturday, March 26th at 10 a.m.
