
Stamps Make Trade with Lions

Calgary Stampeders News Release
The Calgary Stampeders have acquired a 2011 second-round selection in the CFL Canadian Draft and a conditional 2012 fourth-round pick from the BC Lions in exchange for non-import offensive lineman Jesse Newman.
Calgary selected Nemwan in the first round (third overall) of the 2008 CFL Canadian Draft. He dressed for 30 games over his first two seasons in Calgary but announced his retirement on the eve of 2010 training camp.
