
Stamps Add Richardson to Practice Roster

Calgary Stampeders head coach and general manager John Hufnagel is pleased to announce that import defensive lineman Shaun Richardson has signed a practice roster agreement with the club. As per team policy, terms of the agreement were not disclosed.
Richardson played in three games with the Edmonton Eskimos in 2009 and recorded seven tackles and one quarterback sack. He spent time with the San Francisco 49ers in 2008 following two seasons at Tennessee State University.
Hufnagel also announced that non-import defensive lineman Mike Stadnyk has been released. Stadnyk signed with Calgary on Aug. 3, 2010.
The next home game for the Stamps is Monday, Sept. 6 against the Edmonton Eskimos.
