Radovich Returns To The Rocket City

HUNTSVILLE, AL - Huntsville Havoc head coach Randy Murphy announced today that forward B.J. Radovich will return for his third season with the team.

"B.J. was another key contributor to our success last season," Murphy said. "He is an exceptional face-off man and understands and thinks the game very well. We are looking for him to build on last season."

Radovich (5-9, 185) has played in 111 games for the Havoc the past two seasons, scoring 34 goals and adding 54 assists. He has been a part of 18 playoff games, where he recorded two goals and seven assists. In his 188 professional career games, he has scored 56 goals, recorded 76 assists for 132 career points.

The Havoc also signed defensemen, Jay Holladay and Jarrett Rush, to tryout agreements.

Holladay (6-0, 200) played in 162 career games in the CHL, IHL and ECHL, where he scored seven goals, 21 assists and acquired 159 penalty minutes. He played in 58 games for Coach Murphy in New Mexico during the 2006-07 CHL season. He also played 20 collegiate games for American International College in 2006-07. He played in 135 junior games in the NAHL scoring eight goals, 37 assists and had 126 penalty minutes.

"Jay played for me in the Central Hockey League for New Mexico his rookie season," said Murphy. "He is an exceptional skater and defends very well. He will be a leader on the Special Teams units and provide some experience for us."

Rush (6-5, 225) played in 68 games from 2007-10 at Curry College. He scored five goals and recorded 17 assists. He also played in 4 games at Manhattanville College in 2006-07, where he was a teammate of Havoc forward Justin Rohr.

"Jarrett is a young first year defenseman with tremendous power, size and agility," said Murphy. "He will be tough to beat one on one, and is eager to get his professional career started."
