RHP Seth Garrison Joins Salem

Today, Salem received RHP Seth Garrison from Lowell.

Garrison, who went 8-11 with a 3.90 ERA in 26 appearances (25 starts) for Salem last year, has thrown seven scoreless innings over three games this season between the GCL and NYPL.
