
Jays/Manatees Game Postponed Due to Rain

Dunedin, FL - The scheduled game between the Dunedin Blue Jays and Brevard County Manatees has been postponed due to rain and will be made up as part of a doubleheader on Sunday, August 8.
The rest of the events scheduled for "Hometown U.S.A.", the Independence Day celebration put on by the Blue Jays and the City of Dunedin Parks and Recreation department, will still go on as scheduled.
The concert featuring Jimmy Buffet cover band De'Leid Parrots will start at 7:30 p.m. and will be followed by a fireworks show.
The Blue Jays return to action on Sunday for a three game series against the Lakeland Flying Tigers. They will move on to a three game series with Brevard County starting on Wednesday before returning to Dunedin Stadium on Saturday to host Lakeland for a three game set.
