SAINT JOHN, NB --- Saint John Sea Dogs President Wayne Long has announced that Game Five of the QMJHL Finals, scheduled to be staged at Harbour Station on Saturday night at 7pm, has officially sold out. Tickets to this contest pitting the Sea Dogs against the Moncton Wildcats went on sale at 10am this morning and were completely gone within 31 minutes. This is a new record for the quickest sellout for a hockey game in arena history.

"This series has really taken on a life of its own," says Long. "Hockey fans throughout southern New Brunswick have come down with a case of playoff fever and we're looking forward to some more exciting action this weekend."

Saturday's game will be broadcast throughout the province by Rogers TV, as will Friday's Game Four (puck drop - 7:35pm in Moncton). The Wildcats currently lead the best-of-seven championship showdown 2-1.

Fans attending Game Five are encouraged to wear their Bell Aliant FibreOP President's Cup Finals t-shirt (five thousand of which were given out at last Friday's series-opener) or any other Sea Dogs apparel as a show of support for the Port City's major junior squad.

Season tickets to the Sea Dogs' 2010-11 campaign are now available for purchase. Throughout the duration of the QMJHL Finals, fans can secure their seat for next season by making a deposit of only $20. More information on this offer can be obtained by calling the team office at (506) 657-DOGS (3647). Sea Dogs season ticket holders enjoy several outstanding benefits such as a discount on team merchandise and priority access to playoff seats.
