
Earthquakes Development Schools Return To Northern California In 2010

SAN JOSE, Calif. - The San Jose Earthquakes announced today that the Earthquakes Development Schools will return in the summer of 2010 throughout Northern California. The Earthquakes will once again run the schools in conjunction with their official camp partner, UK International Soccer Camps.
"We had a successful first year with UK International and we believe that the Development Schools will grow in 2010," said Earthquakes Executive Vice President David Alioto. "We are glad to offer campers the opportunity to get high-quality coaching and the chance to experience a Quakes game in person."
Development School attendees will enjoy a week-long camp experience that will include daily sessions with top-level coaches, along with the chance to meet Earthquakes players and coaches. All participants will receive an Earthquakes t-shirt as well as a ticket to an Earthquakes game.
"We are excited to grow our partnership with the Earthquakes and continue to build our soccer education programs," said UKISC Regional Director Neil Diaz. "We had a good launch last year and we are committed to continuing to build a first-class development program with the Earthquakes."

The Earthquakes kick off the 2010 season on Saturday, March 27 against defending MLS Cup Champions Real Salt Lake at 6 p.m. PT at Buck Shaw Stadium. Season tickets start as low as $204. Season ticket prices have been reduced in all sections for the 2010 campaign; Premier Midfield will now be $40 per game ($50 in 2009), Center Circle $30 per game ($35 in 2009), Sideline $20 per game ($30 in 2009), Goal View $15 per game ($20 in 2009) and Supporters Section $12 per game ($18 in 2009).
